We manufacture and sell very warm and cozy wooden modular houses.

The possible sizes of the modular houses range from 18 sq.m. to 80 sq.m. (We have 3 variations: 3x6m, 3.5x7m, and 4x10m). For larger houses and custom designs, we can negotiate individually and implement various projects.

Our modular houses and their possible layouts, as seen in the photos, feature tile roofs, plastic or wooden windows, and a rainwater system. They are fully insulated (floors, walls, and roof with 20cm of loose Knauf Supafil Timber Frame insulation – the product has been awarded a gold indoor air comfort certificate).

The houses with 100% exterior finish have a price starting from 700 EUR per square meter.
The price for a completely finished exterior and interior starts from 1000-1100 EUR per square meter. The price includes electric underfloor heating, but excludes furniture and appliances.
